Allergy Treatment Cost
|
How much will my treatment cost?
We have several different allergy treatment plans available for you. We will be able to tell you the exact number of treatments required after your initial testing has been done and after your records are reviewed.
Standard “per treatment” fees:
Initial testing fee: $150
Each treatment: $89
We have developed “treatment case” pricing to make treatment more affordable for patients requiring multiple visits. The price below includes the initial testing fee.
Discounted “case” fees/initial testing included:
Mild Case: 5-7 visits = $500
Moderate Case: 8-11 treatments = $750
Severe Case: 12+ treatments = $1,000
*Any additional family members are 50% off the case fees.
Will my insurance pay for this?
Although the Bax-3000 has been FDA cleared, it is not yet accepted by insurance companies as main stream allergy treatment therefore it is not covered.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We have several different payment options available to you. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and CareCredit / payment plans
Option 1: Payment at time of service with cash, check, credit/debit card, or CareCredit
This option works well for the patient that needs just a few visits. If need be, you can spread your visits out to fit your budget. The effectiveness of the treatment is not determined on how closely the visits are to each other. Some patients schedule their visits once a month for budget purposes although best case scenario would be to complete treatment in the shortest amount of time as possible.
Option 2: Payment Plans
CareCredit: You can apply for CareCredit right here in our office or in the comfort of your home. This revolving plan is very convenient and many doctors, dentist and surgeons accept CareCredit in their offices. There are no fees to apply for this credit line and you may finance treatments up to
12 months interest free! There are also extended payment plans available up to 60 months with interest.
In House Pay Plan: After a patient has applied for CareCredit and if they were unable to obtain a payment plan through CareCredit, we will then offer an in house payment plan that is also interest free.
